Job Summary

We are looking for SAP Treasury Implementation Experts with deep expertise in SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) to lead end-to-end SAP implementations in complex, large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing SAP Treasury modules across multi-national organizations with intricate financial structures.

You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver customized SAP solutions that streamline financial processes, optimize liquidity, and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Treasury modules, including Cash Management, Risk Management, and In-House Cash (IHC).
• Manage full project lifecycle from planning, blueprinting, and requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
• Develop and execute customized treasury solutions for clients with complex financial structures and operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, IT, and external consultants, to ensure seamless integration of treasury systems.
• Lead workshops and training sessions with business stakeholders to define requirements and ensure the SAP solution meets business needs.
• Conduct gap analysis and provide expertise to optimize treasury operations and processes.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance standards are met within the treasury and risk management system.
• Manage project risks, timelines, and budgets while delivering solutions on time and within scope.
• Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP Treasury implementation experience in large, complex environments.
• Proven track record of delivering successful SAP Treasury and Risk Management solutions in multi-national organizations.
• Expertise in SAP Treasury modules: Cash Management, In-House Cash (IHC), Risk Management, Hedge Management, and related financial operations.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (FI, CO, TRM) and external systems.
• Strong knowledge of global treasury practices, financial regulations, and risk management processes.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead projects across geographies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP certification in Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) or related modules.
• Experience in working within highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, insurance, manufacturing).
• Project management certification (PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
