SQL Developer (SQL with Strong SSIS)

Term: Contract to Hire Position

Location: Midtown, New York (looking for NY/NJ based candidates)

Job Description:

- At least 8 years of experience programming SQL 2008 and SSIS.

- Experience working from system requirements and design specifications through implementation

- Strong analytic and problem solving skills

- Ability to troubleshoot applications and identify root cause of a defect

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Domain knowledge of Financial / Banking Institution methodologies is a plus

- Develop experience in C# or VB.NET is a plus

- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle

Knowledge:

- OS: Windows 7 and later, Windows Server 2008, 2012, Linux

- Programming Language: Microsoft C# and VB.Net framework

- SAP Business Intelligence report development

- Architecture: 2-tier and 3-tier architecture models
