Retail Pharmacy Manager

As a Pharmacy Manager at Walmart, you will lead daily pharmacy operations to deliver safe, accurate, and efficient medication services for our customers. You’ll oversee dispensing, verify prescriptions, provide clinical counseling, and ensure strict compliance with state and federal regulations. You will hire, train, and schedule pharmacy associates, optimize inventory and workflow, and drive quality, safety, and service standards. Partnering with store leadership, you’ll support immunization and wellness programs while fostering an inclusive, collaborative team culture aligned with Walmart’s values of respect, service, excellence, and integrity.
