Position Summary

The Leasing Agent is responsible for filling and keeping full the offices and workstations at OPP Cowork. This is a hands-on, on-site role: you will handle inbound leads, tour prospects, close license agreements, and support members after move-in. The role is primarily leasing and sales, with a lighter set of day-to-day property management and member-service responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing & Sales (primary focus)

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from digital advertising, the website, phone calls, and walk-in traffic.

• Conduct tours of private offices, cubicles, conference rooms, and shared amenities, tailoring the presentation to each prospect's needs.

• Qualify prospects, present pricing and terms, and negotiate within approved parameters.

• Prepare license agreements, collect security deposits and certificates of insurance, and coordinate signing and move-in.

• Maintain accurate, current records of all leads, tours, and deals in the leasing software and weekly lead tracker.

• Follow up consistently on active and aging leads to drive conversion; report weekly on leads, tours, closings, and occupancy.

• Support marketing efforts, including local outreach, broker and referral relationships, and generating member reviews.

Property Management & Member Support (secondary)

• Serve as the first point of contact for member questions and requests, escalating to property management as needed.

• Coordinate member onboarding, move-ins, and move-outs.

• Walk the space regularly to ensure offices, conference rooms, and common areas are clean, presentable, and tour-ready.

• Coordinate with building staff and vendors on minor maintenance and service items.

• Support renewals and member retention; identify opportunities for members to expand into additional space.

Qualifications

Required

• Prior experience in a comparable role — coworking or flexible workspace leasing, commercial or residential leasing, or on-site sales and customer service.

• Proven ability to convert leads into signed agreements and to manage a pipeline independently.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished, professional presence.

• Strong organizational skills and consistent, disciplined follow-up.

• Comfortable with leasing or CRM software and Microsoft Office.

• Reliable and available on-site during scheduled business hours.

Preferred

• Experience in coworking, executive suites, or flexible workspace specifically.

• Familiarity with Yardi Kube or comparable coworking management platforms.

• Knowledge of the Boca Raton and greater South Florida office market.

• Florida real estate license (not required for this position).

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary, annually, commensurate with experience.
