We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented aerospace manufacturing Assembler to join our growing manufacturing team!

This hands-on position involves assembling and manufacturing precision components used in the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands, following detailed instructions, and producing high-quality work in a team-oriented environment.

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on assembly and manufacturing of aerospace components using established procedures and work instructions.
• Read and follow manufacturing travelers, production instructions, and specifications to ensure accurate assembly.
• Work with various materials, components, and tools to complete production tasks.
• Inspect work for accuracy, quality, and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Communicate and collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to support manufacturing operations.
• Identify and report quality concerns or production issues to supervisors.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with other manufacturing and production activities as needed.

What We're Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, or a related hands-on role.
• Ability to follow written work instructions, manufacturing travelers, and established procedures.
• Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand tools and production equipment.
• Strong commitment to quality, accuracy, and workplace safety.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication skills and a dependable work ethic.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required.
