Team Leader

To drive operational excellence in a remote environment, the full-time Team Leader will inspire and manage a team of 12-20 customer service associates, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and efficient event management while achieving key performance indicators. Key Responsibilities Leads and motivates customer service associates to achieve service level agreements and key performance indicators Supervises daily operations, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries while managing escalations and grievances Conducts training, performance appraisals, and organizes team meetings to enhance team effectiveness and morale Required Qualifications 1-2 years of supervisory experience or 3-4 years of experience as an associate Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel Preferred: Minimum of 1 year as a Process Leader or Team Leader 2 years of undergraduate or graduate education from a 4-year college Experience in dental claims is an added advantage
