Residential Aide

This role focuses on delivering treatment and training services that support self-care, socialization, and daily living skills for individuals in residential units. As a Residential Services Aide, you will perform the following duties: Plan Support: Assist with developing portions of support plans to provide accurate information about each individual Implement Training: Conduct assigned training plans to support active treatment and daily skill development Record Progress: Document training results and communicate updates to maintain effective services Team Communication: Share essential information with interdisciplinary team members to support coordinated care Enhance Environment: Help select, place, and manage personal items and furnishings to maintain a therapeutic setting Uphold Standards: Advocate for individual rights and follow all policies, procedures, and reporting requirements Interested in learning more? Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment, 40 hours per week Work hours are 2nd shift (2:45 PM to 11:15 PM), with a 30-minute lunch. Your schedule may change based on operational needs. Travel: As needed Overtime: May be required Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Successful completion of the Aide Trainee program (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Six months of paid experience in the care, activities, and personal guidance of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
