Enrollment Provider Admin needs 1–2 years of experience in business environment. Proficient in the use of MS Office products. Ability to learn new software programs quickly. High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree or higher preferred. 1–2 years of experience in business environment. Enter and maintain provider applications, revalidations, and updates into the system. Enter and maintain all provider information into database. Verify required documentation. Meet established turnaround times and accuracy rates. Outreach providers via email and by phone. Assist providers with resolving Provider Enrollment issues and inquiries.
