zTrip is looking for friendly, professional, and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Coordinators to support transportation operations at Jacksonville International Airport. In this highly visible role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for arriving travelers, assisting with transportation needs, coordinating passenger pickups, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.

Monday-Sunday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Monday-Sunday | 4:30 PM - Last Flight

Part-Time

Saturday & Sunday | 10:00 AM - Last Flight

Key Responsibilities as an Airport Customer Service Coordinator:

Welcome arriving passengers with a friendly and professional attitude
Assist travelers with transportation options and pickup coordination
Manage passenger flow in designated transportation areas
Connect passengers with available drivers and transportation services
Provide information regarding zTrip services, fares, and travel options
Answer questions and assist with directions throughout the airport transportation area
Support passengers requiring accessibility assistance or special accommodations
Address customer concerns quickly and professionally
Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and airport personnel
Maintain a positive and organized transportation environment
Represent zTrip with professionalism, courtesy, and outstanding customer service
