Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Administrative Assistant, located in Louisville, KY. The Medical Administrative Assistant will be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing patient records, answering phone calls, assisting the doctor with intakes and exams, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. They will also provide exceptional customer service to patients by addressing inquiries and ensuring an organized and efficient office environment.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Medical Terminology
• Strong Administrative Assistance and organizational skills
• Effective Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with medical software systems is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in healthcare-related fields is advantageous
• A friendly, professional demeanor and commitment to patient care
