Role Overview The Pharmacy Manager leads a team of pharmacists and pharmacy staff to provide comprehensive patient care and promote community health. Key Responsibilities Dispense prescriptions, administer immunizations, and ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations. Oversee inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maintain operational effectiveness. Model and enforce excellent customer service techniques to meet patient needs. Participate in and promote community outreach programs. Ensure adherence to company policies, legal standards, and safety protocols through report analysis and loss prevention measures. Qualifications & Skills Proficiency in working with patients and healthcare providers, data analysis to improve outcomes, financial management, and staff oversight are essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, valid pharmacy license, and immunization training are required. U.S. pharmacy experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
