Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct detailed assessments of clients’ mental health, utilizing diagnostic tools to identify concerns and formulate clinical diagnoses.

  • Develop and implement treatment plans based on best practices and tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • \n
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

  • Provide crisis intervention and support for clients encountering acute mental health crises, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.
  • \n
  • Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress efficiently and in compliance with ethical guidelines and legal mandates.

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams composed of psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive and cohesive client care.

  • Educate clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources while advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

  • Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer review to ensure current practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. Your empathetic approach will help clients build coping skills and achieve their personal goals, enhancing their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

  • Must hold a valid license as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

  • Proven clinical assessment and diagnostic skills with a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.

  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a mental health clinical setting is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We also offer a sign-on bonus to welcome qualified candidates to our team.
