This role is remote-based with a commission-based structure as an Independent Contractor. It is open to licensed life insurance producers or those willing to get licensed; training and guidance are provided.Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yrAdditional compensation typesAnnual Bonus and CommissionWhat you'll doSales Presentation: Deliver captivating presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of life insurance products. Tailor your approach to meet each client's concerns and preferences.Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term client relationships with continuous support to ensure satisfaction and policy retention.Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position offerings effectively and provide valuable insights.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions; prepare regular reports for management.Compliance: Adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, safeguard client confidentiality, and uphold ethical standards.What you'll getWork remotely with flexible schedulingWarm, pre-qualified leads covering major product types—Term Life, Whole Life, Final Expense, IUL, Mortgage Protection, Annuities, and Living Benefits—managed in a CRM (no cold calling)Uncapped commissions plus monthly bonusesOngoing training, tech tools, and leadership pathsLicensed life insurance producer or willingness to get licensed (guidance provided)RequirementsSales or marketing experience (insurance a plus) but not required — eagerness to learn is a mustStrong communication skills, drive, and integrityLicensed life insurance producer or willing to get licensed (support provided)About UsRubin Financial Group (powered by Equis Financial) is a national team built on service, support, and success.
