Physical Therapist (PT)

Schedule: 8H Day shift, either 9a-5:30p Tuesday-Saturday, flexible hours on Saturdays.

Assignment Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Guaranteed Hours: 72 Hours Biweekly

Requirements:

• Massachusetts license
• CPR certification
• Inpatient Physical Therapy experience

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop a comprehensive plan of care for patients requiring Physical Therapy services.
• Provide treatment for patients with a wide variety of diagnoses.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
• Demonstrate professionalism, flexibility, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Utilize effective organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compliance / Notes:

• BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
• Orientation is every other week.
• All RTO (Request Time Off) must be presented at the time of submission.
• Travelers who have worked for this facility as perm or per diem within the last six months will not be accepted.
