Housekeeper

Overview The Pointe is dedicated to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. We pride ourselves on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization. We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order throughout the facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning tasks, and ensuring that all areas are properly sanitized and well-presented to enhance the comfort and satisfaction of guests and residents. Responsibilities Clean and sanitize assigned areas, including but not limited to guest rooms, restrooms, common areas, and hallways. Dust, vacuum, mop, and wipe down surfaces to maintain a tidy environment. Change bed linens and replenish towels and toiletries as necessary. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in accordance with disposal guidelines. Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain an inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify management when supplies are low. Assist in special cleaning projects as needed. Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries professionally. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks. Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
