We're currently seeking dedicated, caring, and motivated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team serving families throughout the Aylett, VA area.

About the Opportunity

As an RBT, you'll work directly with children in home, school, and clinic settings, providing personalized ABA therapy designed to help each child reach their individual goals. You'll play an important role in creating positive learning experiences and helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy services in home, school, and clinic settings

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

• Record and document client progress accurately

• Collaborate with families and clinical team members

• Create a supportive, safe, and engaging environment for learning

• Encourage skill development, independence, and confidence

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain certification

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

• Previous experience working with children or in ABA therapy required

• Ability to pass a background check

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable approach to working with children

• Morning & Afternoon Availability

• Part-Time Positions Available

Pay & Benefits
