JOB DESCRIPTION: Medical Center in the gulf coast area of Texas is seeking a BC/BE Primary Care physician to join their established team. The incoming physician will provide compassionate and quality clinical care for patients for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of disease.

Examine patients, obtain medical histories, prescribe medications and perform tests and procedures to diagnose and treat injuries and illnesses. Counsel patients on diet, hygiene and preventive healthcare. HOSPITAL:A 200-bed acute care facility that has earned numerous distinctions for quality including accreditations for chest pain, Stroke, Trauma, Neonatal Intensive Care and Orthopedics.

Highlights of the facility include all-private rooms, a state-of-the-art emergency room with a fast-track area for minor illness and injury, a dedicated heart center for cardiac services including electrophysiology, surgical suites with the latest in digital surgical technology, and an obstetrics unit that includes a NICU. The outpatient center is located just next door, offering Cardiac Rehabilitation Services, Wound Care/Hyperbaric Services, Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, and Outpatient Imaging Services.
