Sr. Project Manager

Insight Global is hiring for a Sr. Project Manager to sit onsite in Stamford, CT for a large, telecommunication company.
This Senior Project Manager leads complex, cross-functional initiatives with a primary focus on Device Swap Governance (DSG) programs and operational transformation efforts. This role is responsible for full lifecycle project delivery-from definition through implementation-ensuring alignment to business objectives, execution excellence, and effective change management. This position operates in a fast-paced, evolving environment and requires a highly self-directed individual who can bring structure, clarity, and accountability to dynamic priorities while driving measurable outcomes. Furthermore, this Sr. Project Manager will:
• lead end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, implementation, and post-launch support
• Manage multiple, concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, and business goals
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Own and manage RAID logs (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies), including mitigation and escalation strategies
• Apply Agile and Waterfall methodologies as appropriate to support project objectives
• Build strong cross-functional relationships across Product, Technology, Operations, and Customer teams
• Drive stakeholder alignment, facilitate decision-making, and influence outcomes without direct authority
• Prepare and deliver executive-level communications, including weekly and monthly status updates
• Proactively identify risks and issues, escalate effectively, and drive timely resolution
Establish structure and discipline in project execution while identifying opportunities to improve PMO processes

Required Skills & Experience
• 6+ years of project/program management experience
• Risk management/ risk mitigation (RAID Logs)
• Project Plans
• Roadmaps
• SDLC/Agile
• Strong background with managing large, scale projects/programs
• Experience working within both a waterfall & agile environment
• Strong experience within presenting project plan, roadmap, and delivery to the executive level
• Tools: MS Projects, Jira, Smartsheets, MS Office Suits, PowerPoint
• Good communication & personality
