Join Snowcat Ridge, Florida's first Alpine Snow Park, as a Ticket Scanner for our exciting winter season. You'll be the gatekeeper to the park and its attractions, making sure every guest gets in quickly, safely, and with the right tickets in hand. This is a great opportunity to work outdoors in a lively setting, build valuable guest-service skills, and be the welcoming face that kicks off each guest's snowy experience. Key Responsibilities Greet every guest warmly at park and attraction entrances Scan admission and upgrade tickets accurately using a handheld scanner Collect completed guest waivers and check them for completeness before entry Confirm that guests have the correct ticket or upgrade for each attraction Politely direct guests without valid tickets or waivers to the Box Office or waiver station Manage lines and keep entrances organized and moving smoothly Answer guest questions about attractions, session times, and park rules Report safety concerns, ticketing issues, or guest disputes to a supervisor immediately Keep your scanner charged, secure, and in good working condition Work Areas You May Be Assigned To Main Entrance: Scan admission tickets and collect waivers as guests enter the park Attraction Entrances: Check and scan tickets and upgrades for individual attractions Requirements 18 years or older Strong attention to detail when checking tickets and documents Friendly, confident, and clear communication, including when turning guests away politely Reliable with punctuality and following instructions Comfortable using a smartphone or handheld device Available for weekends, evenings, and holidays during the season Able to stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 20 lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Helpful but Not Required Experience with ticket scanning, event admissions, or access control (training provided) Customer service, hospitality, or theme park experience What We Provide Uniform to wear during your shifts Paid training on our ticket scanning system and entry procedures Location: 27839 St Joe Rd, Dade City, FL 33525, USA Snowcat Ridge is Florida's one and only snow park located in Dade City!
