Clinical Pharmacist Specialist

Seeking an Oncology Clinical Pharmacist Specialist to support a solid tumor team in a collaborative healthcare setting. The role involves providing expert oncology pharmacotherapy support , educating patients and caregivers, and contributing to cancer treatment advancements. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate patient health status and medication profiles to optimize outcomes. Monitor therapy progress and document activities and communications. Participate in professional development, research, and quality assurance programs. Assist in performance improvement, clinical effectiveness, and drug use evaluation. Educate and mentor pharmacy staff, residents, and students. Support targeted drug cost reduction initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) and licensure in Medication Therapy Services in MO. Minimum of 2 years of experience, with 2-5 years preferred. Strong collaborative skills, clinical judgment, and commitment to patient-centered care. Work Monday through Friday, daytime hours, with some weekend coverage.
