Responsibilities

• Drive business-to-business sales growth by identifying, contacting, and engaging prospective home builders within assigned markets.
• Conduct consistent outbound sales calls, including cold calls, follow-up calls, and introductory outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Research and prospect targeted businesses to identify key decision-makers, qualify leads, and introduce products or services that align with client needs.
• Build, expand, and maintain a fuller client and prospect list through daily outreach, networking, referrals, database updates, and market research.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing regular communication, timely follow-up, and consultative support throughout the sales cycle.
• Manage ongoing client accounts by understanding business needs, identifying additional sales opportunities, and supporting long-term client retention.
• Track prospecting activity, client conversations, follow-up tasks, and sales opportunities to ensure consistent pipeline development and accurate client records.
• Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, industry meetings, and community business functions to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to improve prospecting strategies, strengthen relationships, and support continued revenue growth.

Requirements

• Business-to-business sales experience
• Outside sales experience in the home construction field
• Home builder or construction relationships are a plus
• Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Good presentation and public speaking skills.
• Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
• Highly motivated, flexible, with a great attitude toward life.

Full-Time:

· Base Pay: $40,000

· Incentive Plan goal: OTE $100,000
