FRONT OF HOUSE MANAGER

An established and highly respected coastal restaurant in beautiful Flagler Beach is seeking a passionate, hands-on Front of House Manager to join its leadership team.

This is more than a management role—it's an opportunity to help shape memorable guest experiences, build an engaged team culture, and contribute to the success of a thriving restaurant known for its hospitality, energy, and community presence.

What You'll Do

Lead daily front-of-house operations and service execution
Maintain a visible, hands-on leadership presence during peak service periods
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve concerns with professionalism
Train, coach, and develop front-of-house team members
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure seamless service and communication
Manage beverage and operational inventory
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
Assist with beverage program enhancements and menu updates
Drive team performance, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in restaurant management
Strong knowledge of bar operations, cocktails, beer, and wine
Positive, energetic, and team-focused leadership style
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with POS systems (Pinnacle experience a plus)
Prior supervisory or assistant management experience
