Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications and technology sector, is seeking a Business Systems Analyst III to join their team. As a Business Systems Analyst III, you will be part of the Strategic Initiatives Department supporting the Product Delivery & Value Realization team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location: Greenwood Village, Colorado, St. Louis, MO, Charlotte, NC

Pay Range: $50 - $55/Hour based on experience

What's the Job?

• Conduct early-stage assessment of incoming technology requests to determine feasibility and alignment with business goals
• Partner with Product Managers to evaluate feature proposals, define scope, and understand the impact on stakeholders
• Translate operational and technical requests into clear business-language justifications for leadership review
• Define success metrics and establish dashboards to measure the value delivered by new features
• Maintain accountability for the feature's value story from initial assessment through delivery, ensuring clarity of purpose and expected outcomes

What's Needed?

• 5-10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Management, or related analytical disciplines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate technical proposals
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in defining success metrics and creating dashboards for data visualization
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering business value
