Job Summary This is a general labor position with multiple job duties essential to the Operations/Nursery division. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring vegetative plant health to provide the customer with the best possible product. Duties will include filling, planting, and growing modules, stacking modules for orders, loading/unloading trucks, irrigation maintenance and repair, fertilizing, hand weeding and any other task assigned. Duties & Functions Overseeing and directing the day‑to‑day work of a team of nursery technicians Filling, planting and growing Go over the daily work schedule with the Nursery Foreman each morning Fill modules with soil, plant with tile, plugs or cuttings using proper planting methods Fertilizing, weeding, watering, and inspecting plant condition Stacking, loading and unloading Lifting and stacking modules onto pallets for shipping Loading trucks by hand, skid steers or forklifts Unloading trucks by hand, skid steers or forklifts Always represent Greenrise in a professional manner Complete work to a high standard of excellence and Greenrise Technologies quality Follow safety protocols pertaining to vehicles, equipment or site conduct as instructed Communicate effectively with managers and crew members Able to work on your own and with fellow crew members to achieve daily and weekly goals Ensure tools and equipment are inspected, maintained, and stored properly Requirements Qualifications & Standards Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
