Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, valid state OT license
• Prior experience working with school-aged children or in a pediatric setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt therapeutic approaches

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
• Provide both direct and consultative OT services for students
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and therapy sessions
• Communicate effectively with faculty, staff, families, and outside providers
• Educate and guide teachers and staff on strategies to support students' success
