Responsibilities As a staff nurse, you will be instrumental in managing operations of your assigned unit. You will ensure our residents receive a high standard of care they expect at Oakwood Care Center by supervising the activities of all clinical staff on your unit, providing guidance and education, fostering a positive and inclusive facility culture, maintaining established infection prevention practices, and ensuring adequate staffing for our residents’ needs. Qualifications Applicants should have an unencumbered State of Iowa (or compact state) Registered Nurse (R.N.) license. Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable.
