Administrative Support Assistant (OA) (Seasonal)

Job Title

Some of the major duties you will perform include but are not limited to the following:

Supports the Commercial Services Office with the issuance of special park use permits.

Responsible for completing administrative and clerical processes for office services and/or information management.

Performs accounting, budget, or financial management support duties related to recurring or standardized transactions such as purchase orders, payroll transactions, travel vouchers, charge card reconciliations, utility payments, etc.

Within delegated authority, purchases supplies, equipment, and services for the unit utilizing a purchase card, or a blanket purchase agreement under micro-purchase authority.
