Key Responsibilities As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the unique needs of children and their families. Participating in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), tailored to each child's goals. Monitoring outcomes and providing feedback as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to positive early intervention strategies. Building rapport with children and families, fostering a trusting relationship that promotes a healthy learning environment. Delivering family support resources and training on ways to enhance child development, utilizing a collaborative coaching model. Ensuring compliance with all relevant Federal and State regulations while upholding safety and ethical standards. Patient Population / Client Focus Gotham Enterprises Ltd primarily serves infants and toddlers experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. With a focus on family-centered care, our LCSWs will engage with children and their caregivers to facilitate developmental skills in critical areas such as cognitive, social-emotional, and communication abilities during these formative early years. Qualifications To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess: A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution. A current LCSW license issued by the Department of Public Health. A valid driver’s license to facilitate the occasional need for in-person visits or community collaboration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills that foster effective collaboration. A commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth demonstrated through regular participation in training or educational programs. Preferred Experience While the following qualifications are preferred, they are not strictly required: At least one year of experience working within early intervention programs. Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices in therapeutic settings. Bilingual capabilities, enhancing our outreach to a wider community of families. Experience in utilizing digital tools for remote service delivery.
