Job Description
As a Payment Processor, you will:
- Process customer payments quickly and accurately
- Research and resolve unidentified payments
- Research account overpayments and prepare refund requests
- Process payment investigations
- Prepare daily reconciliation of posting totals
- Perform payment research
Qualifications
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- Professional experience with check handling and completing deposits
- Basic accounting practices knowledge is a plus
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Access, and Word
- Strong 10-key and typing skills
- Flexibility to adapt well to change
