Our Houston-based company is hiring an Entry Level Assistant Manager to support and drive our AT&T sales campaigns. The Entry Level Assistant Manager role combines direct customer sales with hands-on team leadership. Every Entry Level Assistant Manager starts by personally selling AT&T mobile phones and wireless solutions directly to customers before eventually becoming the one responsible for guiding associates to meet and exceed territory goals. Entry Level Assistant Manager To-Do List Connect with customers to present AT&T mobile phones and plans. Conduct in-person consultations and close sales in a residential setting. Represent AT&T professionally while driving new customer acquisitions and upgrades. Lead from the front by modeling strong sales behaviors and daily target execution. Train, mentor, and support junior associates in the field to improve closing ratios. Track individual and team performance metrics to ensure campaign goals are exceeded. Assist with territory planning, team coordination, and in-field problem resolution. Maintain a competitive mindset while fostering accountability.
