The Opportunity
Join us as a Project and Service Coordinator . You will be the operational hub of our Service department, keeping technicians scheduled, materials moving, clients informed, and billing accurate. Working from our Upland headquarters, you will coordinate service calls and break/fix work, manage project schedules across multiple jobs, and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors. What You’ll Do

·       Coordinate day-to-day Service department operations, ensuring every service call is completed within its scheduled window

·       Manage service ticket intake and distribution, delegating calls to the right technicians based on skills, location, and priority

·       Serve as the primary liaison with client service coordinators, providing timely updates on open service notifications

·       Build and maintain schedules for multiple concurrent projects in Asana

·       Obtain quotes, purchase, and manage materials from multiple vendors for both projects and the Service department, tracking every shipment to ensure it arrives at the correct location

·       Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key suppliers from a procurement perspective

·       Prepare biweekly reports on open and on-hold service notifications, with clear explanations of status and next steps

·       Review weekly and monthly service billing to ensure all materials and expenses are fully accounted for

·       Review technician timesheets for accuracy and escalate discrepancies to management

·       Deliver a superior customer experience in every interaction, internal and external

·       Attend client meetings as needed to review projects, discuss concerns, and address client needs

What You Must Bring (Required)

·       2+ years of experience as a service coordinator, project coordinator, or project manager

·       Working knowledge of the security systems, low-voltage, electrical, or a related industry

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word

·       Valid California driver’s license

·       Ability to pass a federal background check

What Sets You Apart (Preferred)

·       Associate degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience

·       Coordination experience within a security systems integration or low-voltage contractor

·       Hands-on experience with Asana and Microsoft Project

·       Experience supporting government or critical infrastructure clients
