McKnight Place Extended Care is seeking an experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead dining room operations and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This is a full-time opportunity within a warm, elegant environment where hospitality, attention to detail, and resident-centered care are at the heart of everything we do.
We offer restaurant-style dining with menus crafted by our Executive Chef, providing residents with both variety and the comfort of exceptional food service every day.
What You'll Do:
Supervise and coordinate all daily dining room operations, ensuring prompt, professional, and courteous meal service. Maintain strict adherence to dietary restrictions and physician-ordered meal plans. Uphold safety and sanitation standards throughout all dining areas. Ensure dining spaces are clean, welcoming, and properly set for each service. Assist with scheduling, recruitment, and training of dining personnel. Collaborate with the Executive Chef and leadership team on special events, menu initiatives, and continuous quality improvement.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of food service supervision experience in senior living, healthcare, or skilled nursing required.
- Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certification preferred.
- ServSafe certification preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable in a fast-paced team environment.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
