JOB DUTIES

• Greet guests with a smile and warm hospitality
• Demonstrate passion and commitment by taking food and beverage orders
• Create a unique experience for guests
• Check patrons' identification for age requirements
• Mix, garnish, and serve drinks
• Clean as you go
• Implement alcohol service and safety training
• Set up and maintain stock levels for the bar
• Wash and sanitize all stemware
• Process payments correctly
• Navigate guest complaints
• Complete opening, mid, and closing procedures
• Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

• Must be 18 years or older
• 1+ years of bartending experience with a full bar
• ServSafe and Alcohol training certifications required
• Ability to work with Vista Point of Sale System and perform basic math
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Organized and able to prioritize
• Great communication skills
• Flexible working hours

While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in a theater environment where typical levels of noise, dust, and activity can be expected. The noise level in the work environment is typical for cinemas and can vary from moderate to high depending on areas of the premise.
