Please remember that this range is the starting base pay only and does not consider other components that make up the total rewards package for the position.What You Will Be Doing:Serve as the subject matter expert for Artificial Intelligence (AI) governance, leading the development and continuous improvement of enterprise standards, processes, high-risk AI assessments, compliance monitoring, responsible AI initiatives, and cross-functional governance efforts.What We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline is typically required.Three to seven years of experience in AI governance, data governance, data analytics, quality assurance, or a related field is typically required.Knowledge of AI/ML concepts, the AI development lifecycle, and governance, risk, and compliance principles.Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Experience with data governance, metadata management, data quality, or data lineage programs.Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without a reasonable accommodation.Shelter's uncompromising commitment to excellence doesn't stop with our customers.
