Production Lead

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for training and manufacturing excellence? We're looking for a Production Lead to join our team and play a key role in driving safe, efficient, and high-quality kit production. This is an opportunity to lead from the frontcoaching team members, improving processes, and ensuring operational success in a dynamic production environment.

What You'll Do

As a Production Lead, you'll coordinate daily production activities while serving as a mentor and resource for associates. You'll ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and in compliance with quality standards.

• Oversee production jobs from start to completion with accuracy and urgency
• Dispense buffers and assemble kits following Good Laboratory Practices (GLP)
• Train and support new and existing production associates on processes and best practices
• Review and verify production job sheets for accuracy and compliance
• Enforce adherence to SOPs and quality standards
• Operate a variety of basic production equipment
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment aligned with company, industry, and regulatory standards
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and ISO quality and environmental management systems

What You Bring

• 12 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment (or similar experience)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Ability to obtain respirator certification upon hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, physical sciences, or a related field
• Prior training or mentorship experience in a production or manufacturing setting
