1st Shift Maintenance
We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Associate to assist with the upkeep and repair of the facility. This role focuses on building maintenance, minor repairs, and supporting facility improvement projects to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Schedule & Pay
Schedule:
- Monday Thursday | 5:30 AM 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $14.00/hr + $0.50/hr Attendance Incentive
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance and minor repairs
- Replace light bulbs and lighting fixtures as needed
- Install and mount whiteboards, signs, and other equipment
- Assist with painting and facility improvement projects
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and building components
- Move and assemble shelving, furniture, and workstations
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Identify and report maintenance concerns and safety hazards
- Support various facility projects as assigned
Requirements
- Basic maintenance, handyman, construction, or repair experience preferred
- Ability to use hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and safety
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Note: This position focuses on facility and building maintenance. It does not involve manufacturing machine repair or production equipment maintenance.
