HR ASSISTANT - Part Time

Responsibilities Provide confidential administrative support to the Human Resources Generalist and Director. Assist with benefits administration and employment processing. Perform general administrative duties to meet the dynamic needs of the HR department. Maintain confidentiality, file daily records, lift up to 35 lbs., and be flexible and self‑motivated. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred. 1‑2 years of administrative assistance experience in a hospital setting preferred. Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database applications. Capable of handling sensitive material and maintaining confidentiality. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. Location Meridian, Mississippi – Alliance Health Center, a 154‑bed acute‑care psychiatric and chemical‑dependency hospital. About the Facility Alliance Health Center offers treatment programs for adults and adolescents, including specialized services for seniors. The campus also houses The Crossings, a 60‑bed residential treatment facility for adolescents.
