Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bellmore, NY, responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the Project LeanNation store. This role includes leading and supporting store team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean, organized, and engaging environment that reflects the brand’s wellness mission. The Store Manager will manage scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and basic retail loss prevention processes while monitoring sales performance and store metrics. Day-to-day tasks include greeting and consulting with customers, explaining nutrition plans and services, resolving issues, and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience. The Store Manager will also coordinate with corporate teams, implement promotions, maintain compliance with company policies, and drive community outreach and local partnerships. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a focus on creating a welcoming and supportive environment. Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly explain products, nutrition programs, and store policies to customers and team members. Proven Store Management experience, including staff supervision, scheduling, inventory oversight, and day-to-day retail operations. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard assets and maintain accurate records and procedures. Experience in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition-related environments is highly beneficial. Ability to lead and motivate a team, resolve conflicts, and make data-informed decisions. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting. Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and technology tools used for customer tracking and reporting.
