Route Service Representative - Alice TX

Position Description Brite Star Uniforms is seeking Route Service Representatives (RSR) to join our growing team. We are the leading independent uniform rental company in South Texas providing uniform, linen, and floor mat programs that are serviced weekly. The RSR will be responsible for delivering, servicing, and managing accounts receiving these services to existing customers on established routes. This is a Mon‑Fri position and is ideal for persons who value quality time with their family. Brite Star values its employees and provides extensive training for all new employees. The right candidate will have customer service experience and enjoy working in the fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor delivery environment. Responsibilities Deliver, service, and manage accounts receiving uniform, linen, and floor mat services on established routes. Work Monday through Friday in a fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor delivery environment. Provide excellent customer service and build rapport with customers. Qualifications A positive attitude and ability to build rapport with customers. Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills. Reliable work experience. Ability to perform heavy lifting and meet the physical requirements of the position. High School Diploma or GED. Good driving record. Pass a required drug test.
