Overview HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) - Junior Work Location: Washington, DC Employment Type: Full-Time, Junior-Level Department: Administrative and Logistics Support CGS is seeking a skilled HR Data Analytics & Reporting Specialist (HRDARS) - Junior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Responsibilities Analyze HR data, develop reports and dashboards, and identify workforce trends to support leadership decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Minimum Of Up To 3 Years Of Relevant Experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
