• Transitioned to Modern Woodmen 3 years ago with a background owning and growing a P&C insurance agency for 15 years.
• Well-connected in Moline, IL, 3 daughters and 4 grandkids. Kraigg's wife has a successful career at John Deere. 
• He is a strong manager evolving into a mentor, passionate about helping others succeed, and enjoys outdoor activities like riding his side-by-side.

Jake Peterson:

• Been with modern woodmen since 2022.
• Started in the financial services industry before transitioning to Modern Woodmen in a corporate role.
• Born and raised in the quad cities. Is married and has 3 kids. Loves coaching sports, traveling, and creating memories with his family.

Insurance Agent Responsibilities:

• Client Consultation: Meet with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Networking: Build and maintain a network of clients through referrals, networking events, and community engagement.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes and enhance sales skills.
• Target Achievement: Meet or exceed business development goals.

Skills:

• Effective negotiation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with client management software. 
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

• Someone who is Team Spirited, Enthusiastic and possesses a great Attitude when facing challenges
• Experience as a former athlete (basketball, baseball, football, soccer, track, running, hockey, diving, rugby, lacrosse, swimming, try-athletics, golf, tennis, pickleball, coach, athletic trainer, fitness trainer,  etc.) is a bonus.
• Genuine and authentic, with a willingness and drive to do what it takes to contribute and achieve the goal at hand. 
• Willingness and ability to obtain a Life insurance license.
