Recovery Manager - Multi-County OH (Remote + Field Visits)

CareStar, Inc. is seeking a Recovery Manager to support individuals across multiple Ohio counties. This role focuses on assessing needs, creating personalized care plans, and connecting clients with essential services in a remote-capable setting with periodic field visits. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in home and community-based services, and knowledge of Medicaid and behavioral health resources.
