We are hiring immediately for a full time BOH LEAD SUPERVISOR position.

Location: British Airways MIA - Miami International Airport E-SATEL 4T, FL 33152. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full time schedule. Hours and days may vary, including some weekends and holidays. Further details upon interview.

Requirement: 2 years of kitchen supervisory experience required. Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available.

Pay Range: $25.00 per hour to $27.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Supervises hourly associates to ensure their practices comply with company policies and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assists in ordering and keeping inventory of products.
• Maintains product cost and labor cost according to budget.
• Supervises and trains hourly staff to ensure policy and procedures are implemented.
• Maintains consistent, efficient service during peak hours.
• Follows principles of sanitation and safety in handling food and equipment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
