Plastics Molding Cell Operator

Shift Options & Pay

12-hour rotating 2–2–3 schedule (alternating days off; may include weekends)
1st Shift: 6:20 AM – 6:30 PM | $18.50/hour
2nd Shift: 6:20 PM – 6:30 AM | $20.35/hour

What You’ll Do

Operate 3–4 injection molding presses at the same time
Load plastic materials and keep machines supplied
Monitor cycles and address basic issues promptly
Inspect parts as they come off the press; watch for flashing
Remove and dispose of any defective parts
Alert a supervisor about quality or equipment concerns
Run quick checks on lids: Leak Test (no leakage) and Lift Test (opens properly; durable)
Keep your work area clean and follow safety rules
