Operating Room RN – The Heart Hospital, Plano, TX Location: 1100 Allied Dr, Plano, 75093 Compensation: $5,000 Sign-On Bonus and Relocation Assistance available for eligible candidates Position: Operating Room RN Shift: Full-time, Evenings, 2x12s and 2x8s + call requirement Experience: 2 years or more of OR/Surgery experience required Responsibilities Provide perioperative nursing care in a fast-paced environment for high‑acuity cardiothoracic, vascular, and thoracic patients. Support surgeons and operating room staff during procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality care. Maintain a 1:1 patient‑to‑nurse ratio and adhere to infection control and patient safety protocols. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited nursing program. Registered Nurse (RN) license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire). Minimum of 2 years of OR/Surgery experience. Knowledge of cardiothoracic, vascular, and thoracic patient populations.
