How youll make an impact in this role

• Prepare and support patients through their imaging journey by clearly explaining procedures and positioning them comfortably, reducing anxiety and ensuring high-quality diagnostic results.

• Prioritize patient safety by strictly adhering to radiation protection guidelines, actively preventing unnecessary exposure while maintaining a secure clinical environment.

• Facilitate seamless clinical workflows by safely transporting patients to and from imaging areas and meticulously verifying patient identities to ensure accurate, error-free care.

• Manage post-procedure operations including patient discharge, thorough room sanitization, and inventory restocking to keep the department efficient, clean, and ready for the next patient.

• Optimize administrative efficiency by organizing, retrieving, and delivering critical patient reports and charts to physicians, accelerating the diagnostic timeline.

What minimum requirements youll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association OR American Red Cross accepted.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
