Senior General Sales Manager Drive Auto Team Performance
HOND Inc
Honda of North Hollywood is seeking an experienced General Sales Manager to lead the dealership's sales department and drive profitability through strong leadership and process discipline.
The role requires a minimum of five years in sales management, a proven history of building and training a team, maintaining high CSI scores, and coaching staff on product knowledge, CRM usage, follow-up, and closing techniques to consistently hit targets while delivering excellent guest experiences.
