Estes continues to ignite the imagination of each new generation. Job Summary We are seeking a detail‑oriented and reliable E‑commerce Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with Shopify and ShipStation, ensuring accurate and timely processing of online orders. This role is essential to maintaining efficient fulfillment operations and delivering a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities Process e-commerce orders accurately and efficiently using Shopify and ShipStation. Pick, pack, and prepare orders according to company standards. Generate shipping labels and manage carrier integrations through ShipStation. Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management. Handle returns and exchanges, ensuring proper documentation and tracking. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fulfillment workspace. Collaborate with other teams to resolve order‑related issues and improve processes. Support initiatives to streamline fulfillment and shipping workflows. Qualifications Proven experience using Shopify and ShipStation in an e-commerce or fulfillment setting. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic computer skills and familiarity with spreadsheets. Ability to lift and move packages up to [insert weight, e.g., 50 lbs] as needed. Preferred Skills Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center. Knowledge of shipping carriers and logistics processes.
