Job Description: *No locals within 100 miles *COVID vaccination required - religious and medical exemptions accepted with completion of COVID exemption form, signed by a provider for medical Position / Specialty: NICU RN Years of experience REQ: 2 years *level 4* NICU Required First-timers accepted: (Y/N) Yes Weekend REQ: 12 shifts per contract Certs REQ: BCLS, NRP Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) What is the req? No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Yes, Peds ICU, Level II NICU & MBU Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) Not guaranteed Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? No locals within 100 miles Pending License accepted: (Y/N) Yes RTO Restrictions: Greater than 7 days needs approval. Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week, facility is allowed to call off 3x throughout a 13-week assignment Patient Diagnoses: Neonate <23 weeks; Neonate <23-28 weeks; Neonate <29-32 weeks; Neonate >32 weeks; Full Term Newborn Special Procedures/Unit Details: Mixed acuity unit; Must be able to care for Level 4 NICU acuity and willing to float to Pediatric ICU. Must be proficient with IV vasopressors, High Frequency Ventilation, High Flow NC, Respiratory Distress Syndrome, Ventilator management
