Client Services Supervisor

Eurofins seeks a Client Services Supervisor to lead a contact center team in Fairfield, Ohio. The role involves managing escalated client issues, overseeing workflow efficiency, developing training strategies, and fostering a high-performance culture focused on quality and service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated client concerns via multiple channels and coordinate resolutions
- Oversee daily work allocation and resource management to meet service level agreements
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and champion approved process improvements
- Develop and implement contact center training strategy for new hires and staff
- Conduct interviews, manage onboarding, provide feedback, and recognize employee performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in supervisory role
- Proven leadership experience with demonstrated success
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with KPI evaluation ability
- Excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact center software systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and present to senior leadership
- Experience building collaborative relationships and driving process improvement
Compensation: Starting at $52,000 based on education and experience
